The first, How to Get Your Freelance Writing Career Off the Ground, is a collection of essays on topics new writers need to understand, from how to get ideas and write queries to avoiding scams and knowing when it’s time to quit your day job. It is expected to be released in June 2010.

The second book will include stories from freelancers on how they got their first paying clip, including tons of tips and inspiration for getting your freelancing career started.
